ABSTRACT
Objective:To construct a "Five-in-one" blended teaching model in the course of fundamental nursing with ideological and political education as the core, integrated with online and offline, and complemented with theory and experiment, and to explore its application effect.Methods:Eight classes of nursing undergraduates in Batch 2019 were selected through convenience sampling method, and through random cluster sampling, Class 5 to 8 were divided into control group and Class 1 to 4 were divided into experimental group. The control group used the traditional teaching method, the experimental group used the "Five-in-one" mixed teaching model. After the course, the teaching effect was evaluated by the professional commitment scale, the recessive truancy scale for college students, the self-regulated learning ability scale and the examination results. SPSS 23.0 software was used for t test. Results:After teaching, the scores of professional commitment, self-adjustment in recessive truancy, autonomous learning ability and examination results of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group [(91.30±10.38) vs. (87.31±16.40), (23.30±4.50) vs. (21.23±4.51), (82.31±10.06) vs. (79.42±9.79), (72.31±10.13) vs. (70.14±9.67) and (87.93±4.60) vs. (86.50±4.67), respectively]. The scores of academic cognition, learning habit, classroom cognition and learning environment in recessive truancy of the experimental group were lower than those in control group, with statistical significance.Conclusion:The application of "Five-in-one" blended teaching model in the course of fundamental nursing can reduce students' recessive truancy and improve their professional commitment, autonomous learning ability and academic achievement.

Hospice care is a health care involving end-of-life quality of millions of people. Compared with the growing demand for hospice services, the domestic service supply is seriously insufficient, making it urgent to explore the development path to meet the diversified health service needs of the public. Based on the analysis of the current situation of hospice development in the mainland and Taiwan of China, the " five-in-one" hospice development path consisting of top-level design, legislative protection, personnel training, social support, and publicity and education was proposed, which was expected to provide a basis for promoting the development of hospice practice in Chinese mainland. The aim is to provide a reference for promoting the development of hospice practice in Chinese mainland.

Since 2007 the state and the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Regional Government gave strongly support to Hui medicine and medical hospital, Ningxia Hui medical hospital has attained great development. But some problems must be pay attention to, such as lacking of special person and the poor knowledge of Hui medical hospital. So how to promote the sustainable development of Hui medical hospital was becoming a vital problem. Based on the previous studies and researches, this paper summarized the following five aspects:strategic positioning, product development, medical services, policy environment, cultural propaganda of Hui medical hospital, trying to build a "Five in One" characteristic development pattern of Ningxia Hui medical hospital and laying a solid foundation for the development of Hui medicine and Hui medical hospitals.
ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the influence of the comprehensive and continuous management on the quality improvement of medical equipment in the operation room.Methods The"Five in One"mode,which consisted of organization scheme, regulations implementation, operation training, utilization supervision and maintenance, was applied in an observation group,and a control group was established with conventional management mode.The two groups were compared in the times per week of medical equipment utilization, maintenance and hidden risks elimination, the incidence rates of failures and adverse events as well as the medical staffs'satisfaction.Results The observation group had the times per week of medical equipment utilization and hidden risks elimination significantly more than those of the control group, while the times in a week of medical equipment maintenance,failures and adverse events less statistically(P<0.05).The medical staffs' satisfaction in the observation group was enhanced obviously when compared with that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The new"Five in One"mode is effective in solving the problems that occur when the old decentralized mode is adopted for medical equipment management in the operation room. In this consideration,the paper described the imperatives of drug safety,constraints of governance by the government,and advantages of social co-governance,proposing the necessity to establish aFive-in-One (referring to the involvement of the government,enterprises,industry associations,media and the public) drug safety social co-governance.In its analysis of the present dilemma o[drug safety governance,the authors proposed such measures as perfecting legal and institutional system,reforming governmental power allocation mechanism,improving the incentive mechanism,innovating governance means and improving social governance ability,for the purpose of enhancing such a co-governance pattern.
